DCH Kay Honda

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Jeremy/DCH Kay Honda in the last two years (wife, daughter, and myself) and I think that speaks for itself. I pass two Honda dealerships on the way to DCH Kay Honda. I have recommended to family, friends and neighbors. I will be back!!!

From the time that I entered Kay Honda, I was treated in a friendly & courteous manner. We discussed what I wanted and then I was shown several cars & drove one. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a very good price. All of my questions were answered and the cars options were explained to me in a way that I could understand. The entire transaction from start to finish was less than 3 hours. I was able to drive the car home that day. They were very concerned with my satisfaction at all times. They followed up with a phone call a few days later so make sure that everything was okay.

This was the BEST experience I have ever had leasing a car. I did it on the internet and dealt with Lloyd Mckracken. He was professional and honest. There was no pressure or haggling. If you want a Honda go to him and believe me I am not an easy sale and never have anything good to say about any car dealership!

DCH Academy Honda

Sanjay Chadda is absolute gem, always courteous and helpful, he sold me my second car. Appreciate, that we had same service consultant. This is second car I bought from DCH Academy at Old Bridge, NJ. Their reliability, their honesty...you go in and they take you right away. For us Worth of car means having a car that has good resale value, and also good gas mileage, and comfort, that exactly was sold to us. Michael Serra sold me my vehicle. I have never bought a new car before, and this experience was made very simple by him and others at DCH Honda. When I signed, I got the original deal we had discussed a day or two earlier, NO SURPRISES at all. I personally work in a service industry and value customer service, this establishment clearly does as well. ACES.

DCH Paramus Honda

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. What was promised was delivered. There was no bait and switch. I believe total time spent in the dealership was no more than one hour. That includes negotiating the transaction and picking up the car.
Price was also the lowest quoted among 4 dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership and the sales rep, Cole Tatsuno.

John Medrano helped me lease my first car. I'm really grateful for all the things he did to get me where I’m suppose to be. He did an amazing job giving me the best offer that I can get and did not stop 'till I was satisfied, which I really am. He helped me work within the budget I was looking for. I'm pleased with the way he treated my parents and me, especially since my father is a difficult person to deal with. You should be very proud to have an amazing employee that works very hard in what he does. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I have just purchased my second vehicle from Raphael Ramos at DCH Paramus Honda and like last time, he was fantastic!
When I went to Paramus Honda to purchase my first vehicle in 2007, I met Raphael. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and most of all, he was not overbearing. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. It was such a great change from previous experiences to work with someone who had my best interest in mind, and was obviously going to let me make my own decision without any pressure. At the time, I was specifically looking for a Honda Fit Sport. As it was not on the lot, Raphael took the time to order me the Fit I really wanted... bright orange paint and all. While waiting for the car to arrive, he kept me up to date on the delivery and always answered all my phone calls and emails promptly.
Because I was so pleased with my first Honda purchase, I returned 2 years later and purchased a second vehicle for my expanding family. I made sure that Raphael was the person that I saw, as I was so impressed with his professionalism the first time. Raphael was once again attentive and helpful from the very first minute we spoke. He took the time to listen to my needs and my concerns, and he provided the information and insight I needed to make the right decision to fit both my lifestyle and my budget. I now have the perfect 2010 Honda Odyssey thanks to his help.
Raphael was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the rest of Paramus Honda followed suite. Everyone was friendly and cordial. The purchasing process was handled professionally and everyone made sure that my questions were answered satisfactorily. The time, attention, care and follow-through provided by everyone on the Paramus Honda team all came together to give me the two best car-shopping experiences I could have asked for.
It is a pleasure to know that there is a dealership in my area that I can feel so confident in, and I will continue to give them my business as well as recommend them to my family and friends.
